Full Sized Bed, Desk, Nightstand, Dresser & more are provided for you. 

Living Room:
 
Fully furnished Living Room with Flat Screen TV, Table & Couch.

Kitchen:
 
Fully equipped with all Plates, Cups and everything necessary to make & eat your dinner at home. A Stove, Refrigerator, Sink, Dishwasher, & Eat-in Dining room table with chairs.

Bathroom:

All Showers are walk-in stalls with hot water and plenty of storage. 

Amenities & Other Services:

Washer & Dryer in the unit, Heat, Hot Water, Air Conditioner, Cable / Internet (WiFi) connection & monthly cleaning for all common areas. Doors and windows security system, exterior security cameras, auto locking exterior doors, and motion sensor lighting inside hallways and the outside of the building. On-site parking and Trinity parking nearby with easy access to public transportation.

Terms & Pricing

Our Leases run through the Academic Year, which typically runs from August to May.

We also offer Summer Intern housing for the summer months.

Lease prices start at $10,000 with a $1,000 security deposit.

  • Floor 1 & Floor 2 have 3 bedrooms per floor

  • Floor 3 has 2 bedrooms​
