Bedrooms:
All bedrooms are private rooms, which include a Full Sized Bed, Desk, Chair, and Nightstand.
Living Room:
The living room is a shared / common space which includes a TV, Sofa, Coffee & Side tables.
Kitchen:
The kitchen includes all appliances and all utensils. This includes a Stove, Refrigerator, Sink, Plates, Cups, Pots & Pans, and much more. The kitchen is also an eat-in kitchen with chairs and tables, provided for you.
Bathrooms:
There are 2.5 bathrooms located in your apartment. All full sized bathrooms have showers with hot water and toilets.
Amenities and other services:
Washer and Dryer are located in your apartment and are free of charge. Heat / Air-conditioning / Hot Water / Electricity / Wi-Fi are all included in your lease. Contact us for more information!
Terms & Pricing
Our lease is for an academic year and typically runs from August 15th to August 1st. Payments are due once a semester and we are financial-aid friendly! Lease prices are $9,500 with a security deposit of $800.
That's only $790 a month, with everything included!
